Your partner in strengthening employment services for people with disabilities

Jan Dougherty (she/her), founder and principal consultant of JD360, is a recognized leader in employment services and disability supports with over 20 years of experience. She partners with workforce, disability organizations, individuals with disabilities and family members to strengthen and evolve community employment, align internal systems, and build durable employer relationships. Jan is a speaker, trainer, and consultant on best practices in customized employment, organizational change, and person-centered services, helping teams move more people from waiting lists to real paychecks.

Jan has served on various disability boards, including National APSE (Association of People Supporting Employment First) as the Mid-West Regional Delegate and Delegate Chair.  Co-President and Policy Liaison, Ohio APSE. Jan also helps govern the CESP credential - the gold standard for employment specialist. Jan facilitates employment collaboratives in the Northeast Ohio area.
